March Notes

March will be a time for nourishment. Spring is coming. A time for fighting off sleepless nights with fresh air morning walks and iced coffee in cute cups. For repotting plants to create more room for growth. For evening strolls and talks, for making and meeting up with new friends and celebrating the old. For rejuvenating with sunlight, water, and maybe finally learning to grow and sustain an herb garden.

March will be a time for growth. For slowly and gracefully (hopefully) regaining physical strength now that winter is over and the body is rested and healed. For learning grace for the growing changes.

March is here. Spring is coming. Time for fresh air, reading books for the sake of reading, fresh vegetables, farmers markets, embracing both the work and rest of growth.
